Affordable lodging choice
Most hotels in T or C are relatively small and sometimes it is difficult to find vacancy at weekends.
Out of them, Pelican Spa may be an exception that accommodates sudden travelers.
There are several buildings painted by primary colors in the large area of the town, and each of them is the lodging facility.
The cheapest room costs only $55.00 per night (as of this writing), so that it just fits the extended stay like hot spring cure.
Overnight guests can freely utilize hot springs in this building.
Only one bedroom has a private hot spring.
This is the room, named The Aqua Room.
The room is right beside private pools that are open to overnight guests, so that you have to expect noises to some extent.
Rooms look also colorful, and have the most basic amenity, even though they are not especially clean.
When you open the faucet, plenty of spring water gush out.
You can enjoy the great water all you like, with moderate temperature and without particular odor.
In addition to the bedroom’s bath, there are four private pools.
All are indoor baths and overnight guests can freely use them as long as there are previous visitors.
This is the biggest one but you can fill it up in a short time due to the plenty of water input.
Sometimes their permissive way becomes a drawback.
For example, when previous visitors used detergent in a tub and the rinse was not sufficient, I noticed the smell.
