Probably the closest wild hot springs to Denver. It is located along the river with no man-made structures in sight except for a freight train. Jump at your own risk It is only a little over two hours drive from Denver. Take I- 70 west to the Silverthorne exit and head north toward Kremmling. Turn left on Trough Road (Grand County Road 1) just before the Colorado River. Continue traveling west on Trough Road for 12.4 miles and turn right onto Warm Spring Road for .9 miles, accessing the trailhead parking area. There are other ways to get there, such as by kayak, but this can be the most straightforwaRoad From the trailhead, it is a short, mostly flat hike. Because of its low location along the Colorado River, Radium Hot Springs can be completely submerged depending on the time of year and weather conditions. It is probably best to avoid visiting in the spring, when the river is full of water due to melting snow. The closest hot springs to Las Vegas. However, it is not a place that can be casually visited, so you need to be prepared for that. Upper pools No hot springs are more of a beginner's trap than the Goldstrike. It is located off I- 11, slightly closer to Las Vegas than the Hoover Dam, the tourist attraction known to all. This is a hot spring campground that becomes clothing optional after dark. It is located in a mountainous area and gets cold at night, so be sure to take all possible measures to protect yourself from the cold. Minimal facilities Across the street from the Gila Hot Springs Ranch is the Gila Hot Springs Campground. The names are very similar and confusing, but they are different facilities; and both are operated by the Campbell family. The campground was opened in 1992 by the family that has contributed to the development of the area. Walk-in is available. Reservations for lodging can be made via online. There are 12 camp sites in total. All are located on the right bank of the West Fork Gila River. The bridge across to the other side of the river was closed. However, interesting structures could be seen on the other side of the river, including ruins of what appeared to be a former bathhouse and the source of the springs. The campground was primitive and facilities are minimal. There was one cold water tap for drinking, in addition to a faucet in the shape of a dragon, which supplied 140 degrees F water. There were two vault toilets, but there was no electricity supply or garbage or sewage. It was a campground where you would have a hard time unless you were a seasoned camper. Access is easier from May to September, when the Bonneville Campground, managed by the Boise National Forest, is open. At first glance, this hot spring looked dirty and like a garbage dump. Perhaps it was in places like this that our aesthetic sense was tested. Ugly hot spring Collin, Utah, on the north shore of the Great Salt Lake, is a small town of less than a thousand people, but it was once known as the "Gentile Capital of Utah." You may or may not wear a swimsuit in the vast wilderness. This is a hot spring inn with unique atmosphere, with peacocks walking beside the outdoor pools. Clothing required area I got off the I- 10 at Deming and drove northwest for 30 minutes. Deming was called “New Chicago” in the late 1800s and was expected to grow. Faywood Hot Springs is located in the south of City of Rocks State Park and is easily accessible. Sacajawea Hot Spring - Hot Springs in Idaho

A Native American woman, Sacajawea, was chosen as the model for the portrait on the $1 coin. This undeveloped hot spring is attributed to her honorable name. Sawtooth Lodge On Idaho State Route 21, approximately halfway between Lohman and Stanley, turn onto the Grandjean Road. Its name comes from Emile Grandjean, a Danish forester who settled in the area in 1883. The dirt road was in good condition. The road leads to the Sawtooth Lodge. It consists of cabins and campsites with a hot spring pool. Once the road starts to parallel the South Fork Payette River on your right, Sacajawea Hot Springs is there. You can park the car on the road where the shoulder is wider. As going down the bank, I found a large amount of hot water running out from under the road surface. The water temp was 149 degrees F, hot enough to burn you. The water was clear and colorless, but I could easily see the bright discoloration on the ground where springs were located. The amazing thing about Sacajawea is that the springs are continuous for about 0.1 miles east of this point. As I walked along the riverbank, I found an endless supply of hot springs. Incidentally, Sacajawea is the name of the Native American woman who led the Lewis and Clark expedition, the first white Americans to return from an overland expedition to the Pacific. A small, lukewarm puddle of water that barely covers your waist when sitting down. If being asked if there is any meaning in going to such a hot spring, the answer is "No meaning, but go." Grapevine Campground An hour and a half north of Silver City, New Mexico. My car gradually gained altitude as I drove up and down the winding mountain roads. Finally, I lowered the altitude and entered the basin where the Gila River flows. Gila Hot Springs Ranch and other hot spring facilities are located in this area. This time I headed to a little-known undeveloped hot spring that requires a hike. Plan on at least three hours round trip. Just before crossing the Gila River on the bridge, turn right toward Grapevine Campground. This is a complementary campground maintained by Gila National Forest. If taking another right at the hairpin turn, you will reach the campground, but if going straight, the trailhead is there. I got off the car here. The path suddenly disappeared from where I passed under the bridge. After this, I had to walk across the river a total of nine times until I reached the destination. It is a relatively easy trail, only about 4 miles round trip, but it took time to cross the river. Bringing your own water shoes would be a good idea.
