10 rooms total, a cozy Spa-Tel.
In addition to the outdoor pools, there was also an indoor pool and sauna.
Perfect for Long-term Stays
There are many small and medium-sized hot spring inns in Desert Hot Springs, California, so you may be at a loss as to where to stay.

The reason I chose the Lido Palms Resort & Spa as my accommodation was because of its relatively reasonable price.

Incidentally, it seems that the entire facility was recently put up for sale as an investment property, so the management policy may change if the owner changes.

This is a Spa-Tel (a combination of a hot spring and a motel) with 10 rooms that was built in 1961.

The guest rooms were mainly made up of a bedroom and a dining kitchen.

They were equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, stove, and oven, making it perfect for long-term stays.

Disinfected with Chlorine
The single-story guest room building is located around the outdoor pools.
Clothing is required.

Both the large and small pools use the gerthermal water.

The source is said to be 120 degrees F, but even near the water outlet, I didn't feel that high a temperature.

There were BBQ grills and picnic tables available for use by the pools.

The atmosphere was full of a resort feel, with lots of palm trees and retro neon signs.

Lido Palms also has an indoor pool.

The water temperature in the indoor pool was 100 degrees F, the highest temperature setting at this facility.

It was sad that the original water quality was difficult to tell because a little disinfectant was used in all pools.

However, the tranquility that you don't find in large facilities was attractive to me.

There was a sauna at the back of the indoor pool.

When the sun went down, the outdoor pools were lit up, and the sense of the extraordinary was further enhanced.
